Two respected chefs and their teams constantly create a contemporary gastronomy with unique and innovating recipes.

During his career, Christophe Larrat, Executive Chef of Saint Clair develops an acute sense for innovation, culinary excellency and the knowledge transmission.

Lionel Lallement, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (French Award) is the Saint Clair pastry Chef, since more than 20 years. Its creativity, passion and rigour have become a precious reference in our event pastry speciality.

All day long, discover pastries and salty treats of Le Plongeoir and its exceptional tea selection.

All Saturday morning from 10.30 am to 12 pm, improve your tea knowledge during the “Thé-ritoires” workshop.
